Memnon core business is the digital audiovisual industry. The company provides audiovisual digitization and archive management services for customers in Broadcast & Media, Research & Education, National Archives and Cultural Institutions, and many governmental, international and NGO/NPO organizations.

Job Purpose

  • Ensuring the smooth running of the Brussels Operation
  • Day to day monitoring of production line volumes
  • Managing and mentoring the Customer Delivery manager and the production team
  • Dotted line management of the European Sales Manager
  • Ownership of the P and L
  • Regular Liaisons with Site Directors

Key Responsibilities & Scope for Decision Making

To deliver divisional focus, optimise and prioritise production , make commercially smart decisions, set realistic goals. Lead and mentor all permanent staff.

  • Client relationship (PID, negotiation, reporting,…)
  • Project Governor
  • Lead the project/contract profit and loss
  • Lead all ORKA feature request priority reporting to the Product Owner
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with all partners, internal and external
  • Establish budget and reporting for technical implementation, logistics, operations and running production with support of other team members
  • Manage strategic suppliers by monitoring performance, SLA’s and Continuous Improvement activities
  • Lead authority on Brussels regarding quality and service standards, productivity and financial return
  • Accountable for maintaining local partners and supplier relationships
  • Manage and control profit and loss according to budget
  • Manage Brussels client billing, cash-in/cash-out, and align with finance and accounting with reporting
  • Accountable for maintaining Brussels client/project related contractual obligations and for escalation process
  • Prepare contract change requests for Brussels
  • Monitor productivity targets, production process improvements and control of direct costs for Brussels
  • Manage Contracts information in the contract management database
  • Follow-up of advancement of production in line with forecasts

  • Engineering – Orchestration and Infrastructure leads.
  • Closely work with sales team, finance, ORKA team, Engineering and Infrastructure team

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum experience:

  • Experience in a similar position with a proven track record in managing P&L and delivering against budget targets

Key Competencies:


  • Production and Manufacturing Planning & Organization: strong organizational skills,
  • Strong production reporting automation skills
  • Good knowledge in managing of indirect categories such as Sales, HR, technical department, IT, Logistics,
  • High Proficient in Microsoft Office tools: Word, Excel, Visio, Power Point


  • Fluent in English and French


  • Strong in industry production and manufacturing skills and attitude with a commercial and entrepreneurial driven mindset, self-starter
  • A successful negotiator and influencer
  • Analytical and logical – able to make and justify data-driven decision
  • Eager to learn fast, and to adapt to fast moving organization
  • Multitasking and good organizational skills
