Memnon core business is the digital audiovisual industry. The company provides audiovisual digitization and archive management services for customers in Broadcast & Media, Research & Education, National Archives and Cultural Institutions, and many governmental, international and NGO/NPO organizations.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Memnon Archiving Services SA (“Memnon”) is built around content preservation, servicing and monetisation. Through a combination of industry expertise and technical excellence, we manage our clients’ most significant media assets across the content lifecycle. By making media collections and libraries accessible, discoverable and usable, we empower organisations to tell stories and drive value from their content. The ES Media Group is a specialist supplier of end-to-end services for the professional broadcast and production industries, encompassing broadcast equipment sales and rental, broadcast systems integration, production equipment rental and media services. The ES Media Group is the parent company of Memnon.

The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for providing support to the Global Sales team and help them achieve revenue growth. This is a key role where you will work collaboratively across sales, operations, and marketing and facilitate communication within the team. You will interact with potential and existing customers, generate qualified leads, create suitable quotes, and process purchase orders. The ideal candidate will project excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail with a positive, confident, and determined approach to the role.

DUTIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Bid coordination (ensuring the necessary paperwork has been prepared, processes have been followed and offers have been submitted)
  • Tender portals & Sales Inboxes daily monitoring
  • Sales support (preparing tender summaries, help build presentations, pitches and budgetary offers, client follow up)
  • Bid Admin Folder Management (ensuring a permanent and updated library of legal, social and administrative documents to provide as addendum to bids)
  • Ensure proper use/maintenance of Sharepoint Sales folder
  • Support ISO audits
  • Coordinate sales meetings (assistance with scheduling, taking the minutes, follow up)
  • Attend commercial strategies and organization meetings
  • CRM Management (ensure compliance, accuracy, and consistence across all locations, management of key functionalities)
  • Develop market knowledge to identify potential clients from traditional and non-traditional market sectors.
  • Commercial Reporting (produce CRM reports)
  • Generate quality leads as well as follow up on inbound email and telephone inquiries.
  • Reporting to Global Head of Sales

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • To work both independently and as part of a team while displaying high degree of self-motivation and ambition to work autonomously at times.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Impeccable written and communication skills.
  • Desired relevant sales coordinator experience.
  • A good knowledge of a CRM (preferably Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Must be IT literate, specifically MS Excel, Outlook & Powerpoint
  • Be self-motivated and work well under pressure
  • Good time management with the ability to multitask and delegate where required
  • English & French-speaking essential
  • Professional fluency in another European language would be appreciated.
